This project involved end-to-end medical planning for a home-based ICU and neuro rehabilitation setup in Noida, designed for high-dependency patient care. The scope included clinical review of architectural layouts, optimization of zoning, infection control, and caregiver movement, and integration of ICU and rehabilitation spaces within a residential environment. Our team also led medical equipment planning, covering equipment selection, technical evaluation, utility planning (electrical, HVAC, MEP), and coordination with vendors. Technical Due Diligence & Feasibility Study for Conversion of Commercial Properties into a Multi-Specialty Hospital – Raipur, Chhattisgarh

A comprehensive technical due diligence and feasibility study was undertaken for two commercial properties in Raipur to assess their suitability for hospital conversion and healthcare facility development. The evaluation covered architectural planning, MEP systems, structural integrity, and interior feasibility, along with a detailed cost estimation for converting commercial space into a multi-specialty hospital. The study identified key compliance requirements, infrastructure gaps, and design interventions needed to align with healthcare standards (NABH/NBC), while assessing the financial and operational viability of each site. This enabled informed decision-making and provided a clear, strategic roadmap for efficient and compliant hospital development.
